HS 6040 EVO2 — The Checkpoint Benchmark
The most popular checkpoint X-ray design on the market, screening rucksacks, briefcases and cabin bags at banks, hotels, airports, casinos, stadiums and government buildings. Available as the classic single-view 6040 or the dual-view 6040DV, which images every bag from two angles in one pass. Touch-screen interface, remote diagnostics, threat image projection and built-in operator training software.
Compact Checkpoint Scanners
The smallest machine in the range, and the one that solves the problem everyone hits first: it fits through a standard 825 mm door frame. That makes it the practical choice for receptions, lifts and mailrooms where a checkpoint machine simply cannot be installed. A tabletop variant, the HS 5030TT, sits on a counter and runs at 0.20 m/s.
Hold Baggage, Oversize & Dual View
From hard-shell suitcases and courier freight to wheelchairs, buggies and small crates. Dual-view (DV) models image every item from two angles in a single pass, higher throughput, fewer re-scans, and are favourites with freight forwarders, customs and mail screening operations.
HS 1313 DV IFS — In-Flight Services Trolley Scanner
Purpose-built for airline catering rather than a cargo machine pressed into service. A loaded service trolley, bar cart or duty-free cart rolls up the ramp onto the integrated low-profile conveyor and through the tunnel whole — no breaking down, no repacking. Dual 200 kV generators and dual-view imaging see through a densely packed cart in a single pass, and the Trolley Flow System conveyor is engineered around your building: length, bends and transfer points to suit the footprint.
HS 1818 DV — Full-Pallet Cargo Screening
The largest fixed-tunnel system we install: full freight pallets, large crates, drums and bulk cargo for ports, customs, airlines and freight terminals. Successfully installed and commissioned by RedteQ engineers for cargo operators in the Heathrow area in 2026.
Scanmax 225 — Smart Cabinet X-ray
A self-contained cabinet X-ray for mailrooms, prisons, forensics and front-of-house screening, no dedicated room, no conveyor. ScanClear one-click image clarity reveals circuitry, initiators, sharps and powders inside mail and small parcels.
