Whole-organisation certification under the Cyber Essentials scheme (IASME, certified July 2026), because screening data and networked detection systems deserve a secure supplier.
SafeContractor™ Approved
Independent SSIP verification of our health & safety practices as a contractor, first approved in October 2018. Current certificate EG1741, renewed April 2026 and valid to 8 April 2027. One less onboarding hurdle before our engineers reach your site.
Constructionline Silver
Silver membership of Constructionline, the UK's pre-qualification register used by public sector and large private buyers. Our company, insurance, financial and health & safety information is verified and kept current there, so procurement teams can check us off without a questionnaire.

Environment Agency registration CBDU545307, underpinning our certified equipment disposal and recycling service with full duty-of-care compliance.
IRR17-Compliant Servicing
All X-ray servicing is performed in line with the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017, keeping operators safe and your compliance file complete. All our Field Service Engineers are RPS trained (Radiation Protection Supervisor), and RedteQ appoint an HSE registered Radiation Protection Adviser (RPA) to oversee our radiation safety arrangements.

The facility
8,116 Sq Ft of Workshop, Lab & Demo Space
Our Hampshire facility gives every discipline its own space: dedicated floor area for large X-ray machines, a separate lab for desktop explosives trace detectors, stores, offices, and a demo area where customers can trial equipment and put AI detection through its paces with their own test kits.

Visits are by appointment only. It's a working warehouse with radiation-emitting equipment in use, so we can't take drop-ins — get in touch and we'll book a time that suits you.
